No they don't. I've gone in before without an appointment they told me to go to a different clinical Sierra Vista for walk ins
The office in Delano does and they told me all three locations in Bakersfield allow walk ins. Walk-ins are at 815am and 1pm there's no guarantee you will be seen that is true it just depends on how busy they are.
