I have enrolled into a few exercise classes here and they are great. The Zumba & Circuit Training instructor Mike is highly motivated and really gets you moving with a lot of high energy and great music... You will sweat some pounds off and get in shape, I only went to a few classes and it kicked my butt, No pain no gain. I am getting ready to start back up... I need this!
