The wait time can be long if you are a walk-in but the care is very good. When it's my turn I feel like the staff is giving me their undivided attention even when they're very busy. Their referrals are very well handled if you need to see a specialist. Only takes a day or two to get referrals. Only 4 stars because the phone handling is bad. Long hold times and may even get dropped. They need more phone handling staff.

Dr Beare and Nurse Alma genuinely care about their patients. They make my fiancée and I feel like family. Alma goes completely out of her way just to make sure that we are takin care of!! I highly recommend this clinic. We are recovering addicts and with the help of Dr.Beare & Alma we have the support and connections we need to conquer or addiction! We are so grateful!!!!!

Bad place, got blood work done back in 2019, had and still have medi-cal but yet I got a collection reported for a little over $1600 from quest diagnostics. I called quest billing because I had never dealt with them before and customer service said it was for tests ordered by Dr. Beare. What the heck?!! And it's too late to bill medi-cal so I'm stuck with the bill and a 75 point drop on my credit score. Thanks a lot sierra vista clinic.

Pretty bummed no one else has left a review. I’m not mad about the 4 hr wait because i was walk-in and just thankful to have a chance to be seen because i know once you get to the back your taken care of. & even after my bad visit i wasn’t going to complain but i did find my girl doctor really rude but nurse was great. I just felt like the doctor couldn’t care less for me and just wanted me to get out of there and didnt want to help me. Anyways. I left dying of a fever andwhen i went to walgreens for my prescription they said it was never sent. So i waited a day and called again before going to walgreens where the lady said it is there now. I just left walgreens and they said they had nothig for me. Called clinica for the lady to tell me walgreens is out and i have to wait until monday to change pharmacies and to get some medicine. So i’m sick and bummed.

I don't think it matters whether a person performing injections or ven a puncture has AIDS or not! Just like many other illnesses, as long as the individual is adequately protected (gloves, clean syringes, needles, and work space), then no harm will come to their patients. The disease cannot be spread from skin to skin contact, coughing, breaking, or sneezing on someone! Unless someone plans on having sexual relations or sharing hypodermic needles with this person, then there is nothing to worry about. You cannot report it to anyone, because it goes against discrimination laws in the workplace and the Americans with Disabilities Act.
