Very difficult to make an appointment, not answering phone calls, when you walk inside the clinic, employees at the front counter absolutely doing nothing. Terrible service.

People who leave bad reviews should be more specific on why their visit was so bad. As for the student physicians.. Well duh they need to get hours in. Besides Id rather have a student Dr because they are going to give it their 100% because they are learning and they wanna impress the Doctors. As for saying that the staff is rude.. Lol You could pretty much get what you give in this lifetime..

Avoid this place like if it was the plague,they don't care about the community only their oockets.I went in and walked out not recieving the care I was expecting. Called their corporate office left a message a week ago and no response, from them. René

Sure! They have excellent staff.
I think their phones are having issues, it's been happening the past few weeks where it's hit or miss if I'm sitting listening to a ringing line or someone answers right away no in between
Yes, I think.i go through medical/ Kern Family Health Care and they accept me
They accept medical health net.
No but they may be able to refer you to someone or try and treat the problem depending on what it is
What kind of evaluation do you need? Most papers are ready in a week or before it depends what paper you need to be filled out
