Bad experience during last visit. In hurry for me to leave! Told me to go to er at hospital if I still had problem. VA must have told this place to give very limited care to disabled veterans. Prescription was "sent" to West Wind va pharmacy. Went pick up prescription and was met with anger at va pharmacy! Said I was not authorized to the prescription! Negative attitude. I did not the damned presciption...the Dr did!!!!

All right if you have the insurance to go to a Civic what you get authorized card through Veterans office, then on the back of the card is a code and you call that number it's on the card given the code and they will authorize you to come to any accelerated office but you have to go specifically for what you're telling them you have a problem with. If you have any questions to also you can call any accelerated office and they won't be happy to answer any of your questions. Of course this is all a veterans thing so accelerated pretty much follow their instructions. But once you have that authorization very easy you just walk into any office and you're good to go. And you get that authorization over the phone so it should only take a few minutes.

As long as you have a VA medical card you are eligable. There should be a nurse hotline phone number on the back of your card that you would call to get an authorization number from. Once that number is received you are able to be seen. I hope this helps. 😊
