Great experience. They just need a better system for performing urinalysis on infants. The bag provided did not work 2x. Dr James was awesome and so were the nurses.

I want to thank the staff for being courteous respectful and prompt. I was in and out of accelerated urgent care within one hour and 15 minutes and that included x-rays. Thank you to Steve in x-rays that was professional respectful and prompt. This facility was clean and thank you to Adriana the PA she was awesome and showed concern and caring

Went in yesterday evening for my breathing issues. The staff were helpful and Doctor James was very empathetic and genuinely concerned. Got help quickly with assurance to get back to them if I had any issues. They close at midnight 7 days a week. I also got a confirmation printout of how I was treated, what prescriptions were given to me, which I never received at other places I went to, in the past.

Urgent care centers are often really busy. We were able to schedule an appointment online, as well as fill out the necessary forms before arriving at the center. This accelerated the check-in process for us. They’ve also provided an option for you to wait in your car and they’ll call when they are ready to take you into the back. We were in and out in less than 45 minutes, and this was with a completely full waiting room. The receptionists were also polite.

They accept health net PPO and health net gemcare as long as none of the plans are through medical.
You are able to get a physical. They do charge out of pocket, so if you have a government funded insurance they will not legally be able to take money from you, which would mean you would have to go to your primary.
You do not need an appointment you can go but they are taking more than 2 hours to attend you and in 10 min you have the result ... Good luck

They do not do these in house, however if you are contracted with a PPO insurance they can write a referral for you if the provider finds it necessary. If you are contracted through Kern Family or Gemcare they will refer you to your PCP to get the referral for those services.

If you have a PPO insurance they will give you a lab slip. If you have Gemcare or Kern family, they will refer you to your pcp as they cannot run labs. As for treatment, they can perscribe medicine so they are able to treat, but only to a certain extent. If it is something that needs to be managed and followed up on, they will refer you to your primary.
The waiting time is typically between 30 min- 1 hour. It is hard to say for sure since it is a walk in clinic as well. You are more than welcome to make an apt on their website through zippass which will cut your wait time down a little bit.
Yes, our hours are the same as any other day. Different lovations have different hours so it depends on which location you go to.
