The first time I brought my son, it took about 2-3 hours to get to see the doctor. Although the wait was a bit exhausting, the doctor was swift and friendly. Turns out he was the only doctor at the moment tending to a lot of children that day. The second time we arrived when they opened, we got to see the doctor very quickly and she was super informative and friendly. She gave us many options to help treat my son and thoroughly filled us in on her diagnosis. The wait time can be quite frustrating when your baby is sick and you’re busy. If you can look past that though, I’d say to trust their care.

Really like Dr. Calderwood. I’ve taken both my kids here and feel like he listens to all my concerns, checks my babies thoroughly. If he had a regular practice I would take my kids to him!

The service is ok, but the waits are terrible. Last time I brought my daughter we waited 3-4 hours to be seen. I just brought her in today and they called two patients that got here after me before me, not sure why, but that was upsetting because I’d had already been waiting an hour and a half, plus the time they keep you waiting in the exam room.

I don't get why they are getting so much bad reviews! I always have great experiences! the staff in the front are so welcoming and nice. as well as the MA's in the back they actually listen to what's going on with your child, not like other urgent cares!!!!
