My vehicle was towed here after being stolen. I have pictures of the vehicle on the lot with the owner and when the vehicle was picked up to be transported back to Louisiana there were items missing. I have pictures of the items in the vehicle and the day it was picked up before the transporting company left the facility. I have been calling for 3 weeks speaking to Tim. He says I have to speak to Rita. She won’t answer or return my calls. DONT TRUST YOUR VEHICLES WITH THESE CROOKS!

Well i went in hoping that the craigslist ad was legit and not one car is $1000.00. They are exactly what you would expect of a towing company and most have potential if they were bought for the valid price of $1000.00 but the starting price is way inflated. Not sure why the smog check prior to sale is not applicable since they obviously make an adequate amount of money from the amount that they charge for the people who get their cars out prior to the sale but im not in that business so im not sure how it works. Also Ranon as "helpful" as he may appear to a man is very leery and although i very much so know from my own tinkering with google and fixing cars that i was going to replace a power steering pump the only reason i walked out on the purchase of a vehicle because of his request for me to come back on sat. and he would take care of me if i brought him a "water" and looking just at my chest ....ill give you 2 waters if you replace the tires and give me a good deal without me walking away from you as you are saying "mmmmm" and ill bring you more business outside of that i just needed a car. Gross!

They quoted me one price and then when I was there to get my RV. They changed the price. Added 250$ for a 6mi tow. Then at the last minute they said ONLY THE REGISTERED OWNER can pay with card. So we had to frantically get to an ATM so they could not charge another 55$ daily storage fee. So if you have to deal with them. Have extra CASH on hand not just the amount quoted. Have all paperwork in order. They are out to screw you out of as much money as they can. GOOD LUCK. I ONLY Gave 2 stars because of the driver that was very pleasant and helped us out as much as he could. The girls on the phone and behind the desk. Were not easy to deal with. If you ever have a choice. DO NOT USE PAYLESS TOWING!
