A CONSTANT HASSLE. MADDENING TO DEAL WITH. THEY WANT TO BE PAID TOP DOLLAR FOR TRASHY LIVING CONDITIONS AND HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. Listings I saw were very over priced, compared to similar properties listed by other property management companies. Majority of the rentals I saw were in a state of utter disrepair, and were incredibly dirty. I don't know who they use for cleaning and maintenance and repairs, but what little work was done, was shotty at best, and done with previously used, semi damaged materials. They have very limited office hours. Be prepared to work around their schedules and within their time frames. I don't know if they are simply inexperienced and don't know how to do their jobs or if they are ultra greedy con artists who set out to take people's hard earned money and provide those people NOTHING in return. I have seriously wondered what they do with all of those exorbitant rent payments they receive from their tenants. They certainly don't use it to maintain their properties or hire competent, or even polite, office staff. What they are good at: EXCUSES IGNORING TENANTS PASSING THE BUCK DENYING RESPONSIBILITY LYING TO COVER THEIR MISTAKES DOUBLE TALK Spare yourself the headache. Don't waste your time and money with this property management company.

Love them! I’ve been with Ascend for a little over a year now and they have shown me what a great property management company looks like. Not only did they find me good tenants, they also had another tenant lined up prior to the original ones moving out. Vanessa is amazing, always on top of things, and provides responses back to emails in a promptly manner. Definitely recommend to manage your property.

My son and daughter-in-law moved into one of there properties that they had for rent and when they moved in the refrigerator had mold called and asked if they can have it removed/replaced they said sure you guy's can go ahead a remove it from the property never replaced it with another refrigerator they had to borrow one so they can keep there food cold or it would have went bad still over a month and a half later still no refrigerator and by the way my daughter-in-law was pregnant living in these horrible condition breathing all this in. Broken glass in the window tracks looks like they couldn't even clean up after themselves now there AC unit stopped working just got off the phone with them and said I have to submit a request and the home owners have 30 days to respond what kind of management company is this I have never spoke with the anyone that knows what is going on. Would not recommend this property management company and they never call you back and when you call them to ask them questions there the one's who seem frustrated.
