I just ordered 31 items for delivery by Instacart. Only 15 were in-stock. This store is always out of half of the items they should carry. And ordering on-line, the items do show as available. I guess they think customers should just be happy with whatever they can find and forget the rest. Happens almost every time that large portions of my order is not available. I hope they go out of business.

People are very friendly and I remember putting that store together and how amazed from walking into their and nothing in their and how fast we put it together.

To say that this Fred Meyer gets their curbside experience right would be me lying like a politician. Customer service is a big fat zero, and the crushed/wrinkled/nearly expired items are a real treat. To top it all off, a nice out-sourced customer support line they give you to resolve your issue just makes a busy night complete. Thanks for nothing, Kroger!

Very disrespectful to customers. Have no compassion for customer needs. No matter what happens management is very disrespectful. Theft manager makes a person feel like dog meat. Even if you are not stealing from this store, they don't care what happens in the instance. They have no compassion for human medical needs.

So. Buy your favorite drink or health bar. Use debit card, get cash back.
Do you have a bottle drop
It's not like you have choice some times. You look up from clerk to find it happening. I've had to ask about my candy and I put in my purse. They don't realize how heavy they can make it either. I'd say little to no training. The Manager will replace the candy but oh what trouble it is to go... on Christmas eve... to the store.
They are cutting back the paint
The bottle return machine is on the far left side of the building. The state limit is 144 cans per person/day.
