We walked in at 8:30 on a Tuesday night. We’ve never been here before and weren’t quite sure what to do… we walked into the bar area hoping to be greeted, both the bartender and another lady made direct eye contact with us and proceeded to ignore us as we stood awkwardly for a few minutes before we just left. I suppose if you aren’t a regular you don’t get service? It left us feeling super uncomfortable. Also there was a giant grill in the middle of the room, with meat just sitting on it seemingly unattended. The lack of service left a poor impression on me. Super unprofessional and made us embarrassed. Thanks, I guess.

Good service, amazing food. Edit: Uh, what the heck happened to my families burgers tonight? April 23rd, 2022 at about 8 pm. The last 5 or 6 times we had been here, the food was cooked perfectly. But tonight the burgers were dry and hard to eat; even the buns were burnt.

Such good burgers!. Excellent polite service. I ate until it hurt. Drinks are poured quickly! Thanks we will be back neighbors! Edit: That was all last year... Just now the food was inedible. The burger was so over cooked there was zero moisture. I asked for medium-well what I got was over cooked, heavily seasoned hockey puck. The bun was burnt and no onions too. I ordered 2 other burgers and they were just like the one in my pack. This really sucks because every other time the food was great and exactly how we ordered them. I know how the industry get busy but these burgers should never have been sent out.
