Slum Lords to the fullest!! Every other maintenance request is a tenant charge. Not professional in office at all, they are ghetto and will argue with you before doing anything to get stuff done. I know several people who have rented from them and all their properties have roaches!

At least one of the apartment units, and I heard of there likely being more while living there, at Pacific Palms has an ongoing roach infestation that they refused to do proper pest control and maintenance for. The dishwasher was leaky for years and created mold and rotting wood- the first maintenance guy they sent out for it told my old roommate it was "supposed to do that". When it was finally replaced with a new dishwasher there was still mold and rotting wood left behind. edit: address is 4032 O st, it's called pacific palms on google maps, the complex is owned and operated by five star

5 Star Property is very good property management. It is true they don’t go based on. credit. ( My credit is not good ) I got approved by income, no judgment or utilities bills owed. And with great references. The year rental history. Thank you!!! You are Awesome!!! All the lady’s there are very nice and helpful. Got approved in about 2 1/2 weeks. I’m truly great full for 5 star….

Employees will tell you one thing on the phone to pretend to "not know who you spoke to" when they tell you the opposite. They love to say "you can run the application. Totally up to you" seems like they throw applications at a wall and rent to what sticks. Very poorly run. Bad management. Poor tenant service. Tenants should really unionize.

I just moved to Bakersfield only 7 months ago and they seem like a fair Property Management Company it's worked out for me safe, cleam,new machines in the laundry room quick on repairs and they're on the job when it comes to listening to their tenants
I doubt it. They're really strict. Might not want to waste your time.
