03/24/2022 Worst place to go!! I went because my knee is swollen and I’m having cramp pain, they left me in the room for 45min waiting. The Dr. 🧑🏼‍⚕️ came in and just burly touch my back knee and told me to go to the ER and was more worried about her lunch!….she told all her staff there to stop sending her more patients because she was leaving to her lunch 🙄

This urgent care is extremely unprofessional. You check in with possible covid, and they have you enter the office to check in. Now everyone is exposed. Today, they said there are two people in front of us, it should be a quick wait. This appointment is for my two year old son. After waiting for over an hour, we go into the office only to find out the healthcare provider is not on location, hasn't seen the two people before us, and will not be back for another hour. They are at lunch. But the staff couldn't say this when checking in? Knowing you would be waiting for over two hours?! Just crazy.

Worst place to take a Covid test, waited more than 3 hrs. In parking lot just to wait more time in waiting room. Receptionist could not even tell approximate waiting time just that it was a long wait, not even a guess. Do Not Recommend this place.

Ignoring the fact that the ladies at the front desk all have an attitude...Waited in the car for a covid test, after 3 hours I called to get an estimated time and I was informed that I haven't even been registered yet and it'll still be some time. After 3 1/2 more hours I left to drop somthing off for my 2 year old son who is positive for covid. An hour later they finally called to test me, I let them know I can be there in under 5 minutes but instead they removed me from the list and I couldn't test. Don't go here if you need results fast for work
