2 ND time going here and have no complaints. Both times I've gone the waiting room had only 3-4 people. The check in staff was friendly and informative. Only took about 15 mins to get me in a room. After vitals and explanation of my visit to the nurse, the Doctor came in about 20 mins later. He was very nice and well spoken. Took care of me and gave me great information specific to me and my health history. Another few minutes the nurse returned with my shot and then discharge papers. Total time on site was a little over an hour.

I would not recommend this place for anyone. My just needed a rapid pcr swab they turned her away because she couldn’t complete a health questionnaire online. Mind you she is not tech savvy, nor is English her primary language. She even went in early prior to her appointment t to get help with the paperwork. They denied her. Seems like discrimination to me. Refusing service because she wasn’t able to fill out an online form. Also to put this in perspective, she went there just for a rapid pcr. She didn’t even need to see the doctor. To the owners of this clinic: if you want more patients( business) hire better more friendly staff.

I would give it a zero if I could. Just left the Sendas Urgent Care on Ming Ave after my wife saw Dr. Manzo. He saw the worst Dr. I've ever seen!!!! Completely used fear mongering and scare tactics to push his personal beliefs and agenda. Basically pushed my wife and I out the door wishing us the "Best of luck" and giving her the only hope of not to die.... Literally no bedside manner and walked into the room with a complete God complex by spewing nothing but fear.

No wonder this place is rated 3 out of 5 stars. Dr. Shaw should have his license revoked. Brought in my wife today at exactly 6:39pm as she was not feeling well and needed a liquid IV as nothing she was born drinks she can keep in. They stated that they did not have the time to give her a liquid IV. I asked to speak to the doctor and Dr. Shaw came out. He said again no time to do IV as it takes over an hour. I said can he please take her in and then said "it's not my fault she decided to drink alot of alcohol" which was very very inappropriate and unprofessional. I will definitely be reporting this to his higher boss. Do not come here for any reason. Stay away.
