This place is horrible they need to come and close this getto place down some of the staff are very rude and you can hear all the gossiping going on in this place.The doctor is nice but takes all the time in the world to come see you. Literally I been here for 3 hours now and still counting. So unprofessional. Everything looks dirty and ripped

I’ve always came to this establishment. Specifically Niles Location, due to the knowledgeable but more so helpfulness of the front office staff. Therye always professional, courteous, and always a great attitude, makes me always feel more comfortable. As for the doctors, they’ve always treated any sickness or visiting reasons and I’ve never not felt better after the visits, Doctors are friendly and past experiences with other doctors, are still not as good as I’ve had here. 4 years I’ve been coming here.

This is the worst urgent care facility that I have ever been to. The place is run down and I didn't see any equipment that was closer to new than antique. But worst of all is that they don't care enough about their patients to update their website. I checked their website to make sure they accepted my insurance and it said that they did so I went there just to hear them say that they don't take my insurance and sorry I guess that we haven't updated the website yet.

The staff here is courteous and professional. I’m a regular patient at the Brimhall location, and today was my first visit to the Niles Street location. I received professional service from the moment I walked in with the security guard who filled out a customer information sheet and took my temperature. He was very courteous. And the staff at the front desk were very professional and courteous as well. The medical assistant who took me back to the room and administered my vaccination was also very professional and courteous as well as friendly. She made me feel very comfortable during the process. I would recommend Universal Urgent Care to anyone.
