I see a lot of reviews negative about this location. Pretty sure it’s because of the availability of certain parts and vehicles. People don’t like to be told “no we don’t have that right now”. Staff has always been friendly with me and helpful! Wish they still had the crawl course!

Very helpful staff each time I've been in. Has a strong game selection, model rockets, and pinewood derby supplies and helpful staff that gave advice in each. Additionally, they have rc cars and many model building sets, and the staff and parts to help you. Great place for a number of fun hobby activities!

Walked around for nearly a 1/2 hour ready to drop 1.5k on a new 1/5 arrma kraton 8s + upgrades. Not a single employee offered assistance they all seem too busy talking amongst themselves to be bothered with helping a customer so I walked out. One employee was fairly rude when I walked in. Treat your customers better and next time they won't order online instead of using your store as just a window to look at.

This is my go to place for hobby supplies. Great selection, nice people. My only complaint is that when I go there in the evening on race night half the store is packed up and I feel like I am imposing on them to shop there.
