They provide what to you need at no cost. It would help if you take spandex or extra underwear and plastic bags cause after you change, it can get pretty sandy.
For some of the people who say you should go to the bathroom first. Surfers pee in their wetsuits to stay warm.
Same as above. They provide wetsuits. You can survive without a change of clothes but its not a bad idea.
Definitely agree with the "change of clothes" plan.
They wkll provide the wet suit but you want to have basic underwear not made of cotton... and make sure to use the restroom before jumping into the middle of the ocean and then you feel the call of nature in your stomac or blader!! --- one of my friends heard the call and he had to paddle a few miles which in a Kayak could be easly an hour to be able to use a restroom.. so there you go. Eat something light before kayaking and bring snacks , water, an a water proof camera with a string to hold it tight near you. So much fun!
