3-4 hours. They feed the penguins at the same time as the otters and the open sea feeding coincides with the kelp forrest feeding. I highly recommend you spend a full two days doing everything but if you've only got one day I suggest picking your favorites and seeing those first. I've got a yearly membership and I've never seen the otters being fed because it's so terribly crowded. That's alright though because around human lunchtime you can go see them playing and being sweet. You'll get some great photo opportunities.
About 2hours, if you not in a hurry
It's at least 3 hours minimum if you've never been there before. That way you can see every exhibit, and you don't wanna miss the otter and penguin feeding.
I would give yourself 1-2 hours. Longer if you plan to eat there.
