There's plenty of street parking, and a parking structure within a couple of blocks. If you are really lucky, you could get a spot right next to the entrance!
Parking is around $15 for the whole day, which is the only option to choose from. On street parking is available near the aquarium but has a 2 hour limit. There is some free parking available 5 mins walk away on the sea front right as you walk away from the aquarium up the hill.
Keep in mind that the parking structure is $15 for the day (no leaving and coming back without paying again though). If you get there early enough, and don't plan to stay for the whole day, street parking is likely a better choice.
A maximum of 10 minutes on foot
Most likely you will have to pay for parking
Parking is hit or miss. Paid parking all around. When it's busy it can be a bit of a walk.
