I found Jr to be cost-competitive with the place I used to buy tires from in Oakland, which was always as cheap or cheaper than the other local east bay places. So definitely worth getting a price from Jr, but you'll need to call or go by to get that.
I don't have that answer, as I usually buy tires at Costco.
