Would not quote the work I needed done over the phone. Instead I needed to bring my truck down, let them look at it and "get into it" to know how much it was going to be. Just a carrier bearing and u joints nothing crazy. Had other shops give me prices over the phone for this work. I am not taking time out of my day to just get a price from you.

I was referred to Meridian Automotive from another mechanic shop. The first thing they did was a thorough inspection and evaluation for a reasonable price. Unlike the Dealership, they gave me a precise diagnosis of the problem, and were prepared to do repairs on the actual problem. The dealership didn't diagnose the problem, and just recommended a new engine. Unfortunately the diagnosed problem required a complete engine rebuild. Hanna, my service advisor was very helpful and explained the whole process up front. I was given a price up front, and a time frame for repairs. Throughout the repair, Hanna kept me updated on the progress, and also advised me of any additional repairs or costs involved. They even took photos, and showed me old and new parts going in. There was GREAT COMMUNICATION and excellent customer service throughout the whole process. My mechanic Gary did an excellent job, and he had all the tools and facilities at his disposal to do the entire engine rebuild in shop. All the tooling and block and head resurfacing and machining was done in house, not sent out to a third party. I was very impressed with the facilities and capabilities of Meridian Automotive. Overall I was VERY IMPRESSED with the skills of the ASE Certified Mechanics, and the professional interaction with the font office staff. It is extremely difficult to find an honest, fair, and trustworthy mechanic these days. I have found that at Meridian Automotive. I will definitely be back for all of my Mechanic needs! I trust them to work on any of my vehicles! Thank you !

I was very pleased with my experience at Meridian Automotive. When my 08 Scion died on the road I was prepared for it to be a whole ordeal. The speed of the team was great - the very next morning after I dropped the key they had a diagnosis for me with options to choose from and after only a very short wait on parts I was back on the road. I was treated very fairly without a lot of unnecessary jargon being thrown around. Everyone I spoke to from the tech on the phone to the receptionist were friendly with a good attitude. I will recommend Meridian Automotive to all my contacts moving forward, thank you!
