XLNT Automotives could not have been more helpful and kind. Driving across country we noticed grinding noise from our rear tires. They fit us into their schedules, and we were all fixed and ready to go in 2 hours. Their pricing is fair and staff if friendly and helpful. Chris is an expert at what he does, and Casey made sure we always knew what was going on. 10 out 10 experience here. PLUS they have cute dogs! Milkshake and Bo might have stole the show :)

I rarely write reviews, but have been so thrilled with my experience at XLNT that I must share with others. If you’re shopping around for mechanics, go ahead and stop here knowing that you are getting honest, friendly, fair and timely customer service. Casey and the team go above and beyond to take care of folks, and not only answered my many questions, but explored multiple avenues to get me the help I needed with a difficult to find replacement part. They then discovered that another mechanic improperly flushed my power steering system, saving me a TON of money on a part/repair that I didn’t need! I cannot thank you all enough!! I will go out of my way to bring my van to you for future needs even if I move further out of the area. Casey is also just the best.

They go out of their way to make it right too. Knowledgeable staff cranking out a solid stream of repairs to the best of their abilities during these supply chain challenges that everyone worldwide is experiencing. From daily maintenance to large projects like engine & transmission swaps, no job is to little or big for the guys over at XLNT They also support and sponsor several local events in Central Oregon like Central Oregon Auto Cross, Limitless Road Rally among others!

XLNT AUTOMOTIVE can handle any job small or BIG. My truck kept breaking starters and some other issues. The guys at the shop got it all straightened out. Chris and the team had the means and the ability to transport my mega truck. Not an easy job but they handled it safely with precision on time with great attitudes. I highly recommend this team of people and shop.

Hello, I pulled up your invoice to look over things and see that you supplied your own parts and that we had a delay with getting the work done because of an issue with the parts that you provided. We always recommend allowing the shop who is working on your vehicle to source the parts because of issues like this as well as for warranty. Looking at your invoice I do not see any charges for anything other then the work that was requested to be done. We here at the shop where unaware that you were dissatisfied until we saw this review. At that time we tried to reach out to you to discus what the issue was but we were hung up on before we could even say hello, After the initial call we tried 2 more times to reach out to you. We would like to discus the issue with you because if we don't know what the issue is it isn't possible for us to fix it. Thank you for your business and we hope to hear from you soon.
