We only did a quick drive-through but we could tail it is a high class RV park and probably more expensive than most.

This is our fifth year as a 4 month resident. Overall we are happy with the facility. There are issues that need to be addressed that are safety concerns. The lighting is a major one. After leaving the pavilion for evening activities you are hardly able to see the road or the path to the restrooms. This is a senior community which is even more concerning. Also their are no restrooms in the pavilion which I don’t understand why that wasn’t a priority when the building was built. Hopefully you all will address these issues in the very near future.

This resort is absolutely beautiful! The staff are nice and work hard to keep it that way. There are tons of amenities and things to do. It’s nice and quiet. There was some interesting alligator activity to watch. Will definitely be back!

Park Model sites are rented to the owner of the park model.
They are now offering permanent sites for sale. They designated 10 spots.

Yes they allow pets. However there are restrictions. You will also have to initial a form concerning pet conduct. There are fines if you fail to keep your pet in check.
Do you mean if you Rv is 10yrs old it has to go even if you live yr round in it
Summer rates right now, price varies by location, it's a little more if you choose lakefront.
