That doesn't include their "fees" paying for parking stall even if you don't have a vehicle Cable even if you don't have a TV, insurance, cost for ground keep. Higher in the summer because of pool maintenance. Threats with made up fines ie,smoking less than 25 feet from building, $50. Electric bill / water is dependent on occupancy. If you receive a notice on your door, it's $7. My car was stolen and 1 of the residents involved lived here. He is still a resident. Fees range from 70-98. The place has its own rules including "guest" monitoring and bored neighbors.
