The redwood was my first apartment as an adult and I had a great experience! Everyone who employs the front office and maintenance are all very sweet. My maintenance requests were always completed in a timely order. Chelsea, the manager was always willing to work with me on things and always gave me the information I needed for my questions. The apartment landscape was wonderful and had many trees. The apartment itself was very vintage and cute (my style) and has a huge closet. I would live here again

If I could give a zero star I would! Roaches Roaches Roaches!!! Do Not Live Here!!!! The list of problems are endless! There are drafts from the windows since they aren’t properly sealed. Which causes mold to build up near the windows. Highly wouldn’t recommend if you are looking to have children around. The pool is never cleaned! The front office said due to a chlorine shortage…but other friends/families apartments have their pools still open. Neighbors have had police called on them multiple times. The lack of communication from the front office is horrible. I communicated 4 months ahead of time that my husband and I will no longer be staying here. I gave them notice via email and also in person and filled out the necessary paper work. Or so I thought! The front office finally got the memo when my husband had to go in and tell them that we want to break our lease. Since they were trying to have us pay for the empty unit and tried to tell him that I failed to give notice. I highly doubt that we will ever see our security deposit. Even if we clean it to the standards the way we got to the unit. They may try and pull some dumb reasons why we don’t get the full amount if not any.

Shout out to maintenance for doing a good job keeping our pool cleaning down at our complex! Y'all have demonstrated good hard-working employees who are determined hard work too please the community of your complex! and care too provide a safe environment for the children and families as well!

Curfew should be 10pm if I remember right, call the police. As mentioned previously that isnt a great complex or area for that matter.
Yikes I hope not. Felons and criminals should live elsewhere. This is a nice community and not a ghetto.
It was building C. The bottom left apartment. The guy that committed the murder is incarcerated in another state.
It depends on which unit you live, unit A is the best, but if it is a problem to live there
The only time they patrol is when someone calls the police because of a disturbance
880.00 with a washer and dryer. There is a $400.00 non refundable if rented...returned if denied administrative fee they also have studios. For 750 or so

According to the office, the times posted are wrong, and that it's only open during office hours. But, when I talked to them before, they also said that it was the security guard that locks it. Because of the different information I've received, I just take my laundry to Wishy Washy Coin Laundry across the street. Cheeper there, and well ventilated also.
