DO NOT RECOMMEND! I wanted to give this establishment the benefit of the doubt. The first time I went in was for a pedicure. I had am appointment but they didn't get to me for 20min. They did a quick job and didn't like that I just wanted regular nail polish I paid $45, which is a little steep for a quick pedicure with regular nail polish. The second time I figured I'd schedule an appointment again the lady took my name down and said to show up a few minutes before. I did show up a few minutes before but waited an 40min. before they had me sit. They have very poor communication withing themselves. I asked for acrylic over my nails and the lady said perfect. Only to have another employee come over and chop my nails I pulled away and he was super aggressive and told me to relax. I said you aren't supposed to cut them and he said yes. I told the lady this isn't what I wanted and she tried to fix it. She she did I really poor job of fixing it. It looks like a beginners work and I know she's not a beginner. I ended up paying $50 for nails that are uneven due to their lack of communication. I appreciate that she tried to fix it. However they didnt even offer a discount after I said it was their fault. Again, do not recommend.

The worst nail experience I have ever had. The guy doing my nails was rude and very rough. He was on his phone most of the time. My nails look NOTHING like the picture that I showed him. You can still see the color from the nails I had before under! The first picture is what I asked for and the other picture is what he did. I’m never coming here again. Save your money and go somewhere else.

I made an appointment for a full set for me and a fill and new color for my mom. This was our first time coming here. They were already full when we arrived so we waited. Not an issue. Only 20 minutes. The man started on my mom and used his time. But they looked so good! Then he came to me and I asked for something kinda odd but he said he would do it! I was so relieved because I've been to so many places here in town who can only do tips or solid colors. Not much "art". The inside is amazing. I showed pictures to my bestfriend and now she can't wait to travel and come get her nails done here. He did tell me the price my nails would be BEFORE he put tips or started my nails so that was nice.

I was pampered - Mani Pedi and then, just for good measure, I got my unibrow waxed! Ha!!! Anyway, I wish I had known they are serving adult beverages there again... Next Time! 💅 Service is friendly and efficient. Thanks! 🥰
