Called on Saturday pm and they were able to get us in on Sunday morning at 930! When they opened my husband and I were the only ones their. I get Dip done on my real nails and just have them shaped a bit. I feel like most places pressure me to trim my nails but not here!! Our pedicures were great! However I feel like my Dip wasn't as thick as it should've been. My nails started chipping within 48 hours.

I got a spa pedicure here… to set the scene I called before hand to make sure they had time for me to come in since I was coming with a friend and she had to be at work in a few hours. They told me to come in so I did, when we arrived all the pedi chairs were full were told them I wanted a pedi and she wanted a full set they got her started since there was a tech available for that. Another lady came in they seated her in the chair that just opened up, it’s too late to say something. 30 mins later the next chair finally opened up as someone walks in for a pedi. I remind them I’m waiting so they take me back finally after about an hour and 15 mins. I’m just soaking for a good 15-20 mins and my friends set is done. They finally start on me and my friend asks how long does the tech think just wondering if she had time to get coffee and the tech says soon. This is shocking since she just started, but whatever. She didn’t get 1/2 the callouses, my tires were cut crooked and when curing with the light she hit my toes a couple of times so there was lines on them. It’s $80 for a spa pedicure and it says it’s an hour 1/2 service… with the soak time it was maybe 45 mins that looked ok from far away. My friends mails were not worth the price either and crooked as well. Idk if it was because they were busy or what but I don’t recommend

I got my nails done by Song and I went here twice in 3 days to get my nails done a total of two times. The nails are ALWAYS lifted and never sit flush against the actual nails. She made them extremely wide and didn’t even bother shaping. The first time around she cut them really short before asking me the length I wanted and for the second time around she made them to long. I asked for something very specific, I mean THIS WAS FOR MY WEDDING!!, and she didn’t even make them look close to what I asked for. I asked for no white tips and she still gave them to me and refused to do anything else. I did not want silver!! Silver wasn’t a color for my wedding and she took it upon herself to do what she wanted and used silver both times even tho I said I didn’t want it. She complained and talk down to me the entire time she did my nails for the second time. She was going back and forth from her daughters feet to my hands, without washing her hands or sanitizing or even wearing gloves. She was on her phone videoing her family both times which was very unprofessional. She was very rough the second time she did my nails as well. I have photos of what I wanted VS what she gave me and let me just say, NO BRIDE should cry her eyes out before her wedding because her nails are so ugly and not at all what she wanted even tho she had reference photos. It’s beyond me and I will NEVER go back and NEVER recommend this place to anyone!!

I got a full set done and it was really rushed. Not completely terrible but pricey considering the quality. Although my mom got a gel manicure done and her nails came out great! **edit: it’s been a few days and the quality of our nails are just getting worse! The day after the gel colors were chipping and wearing off.
