This is my experience with Doreen after getting Botox. I been getting Botox For many years and nothing like this ever happened. She knew me for a few years now so was no one knew touching my face when i had reached out to her multiple times she didn’t respond and when she did was very nasty and didn’t reassure me I was going to be ok. That’s very unprofessional while I was a nervous wreck. I never asked for my money either so I got screwed all the way around I couldn’t work so I lost money I couldn’t even go out I was like this for almost two weeks. Would never recommend

Waited 1:30 minutes past my appointment time , Finally I had to leave . I explained to one of the staff that it’s absurd to be that behind schedule! That’s what appointments are for , she was extremely rude and not helpful !

The waiting room is packed...appears to a very long wait time. Scheduled an office visit a month in advance with a voicemail confirming appointment. I go in about 3 minutes late and they reschedule saying I am late even though the voicemail is clear. Avoid this office if you don’t want to waste your time.

I wanted to share my visit with dr lapenna today. I was sick thinking possibly it was flu or a very bad cold. It was persistent for quite a few days it was no fun :( . Dr lapenna put all the diagnosis together and said it's allergies. He prescribe some medication and with in hours I was feeling better. This is just one short story because Dr lapenna has been my privet MD for over 20 years ! I want to thank Dr lapenna and his courteous staff for always being caring,kind respectful and makes me laugh at times when I'm sick. Thank you, Dennis digerolamo
