I don't think they have paddle board rentals. Mostly paddle boats and kayaks, I believe.
Not sure, but I have not seen anyone do that yet.
Do not think so, the algae bloom is very toxic. They do allow tubes or floater but you must have full chest wader on. I would not want to chance having my eyes, ears, nose to get full of water, and possibly swallow some water.
