Angelica was fantastic, her skills were above and beyond the best I have experienced at Massage Envy. Her technique is very effective. She provided very valuable information in regards to Massage Therapy that I had not been exposed to before. I would like to schedule her whenever she has availability.

Don't know if it still a COVID issue or not. My favorite masseuse left (3 in a matter of a few months) next great deep tissue masseuse had to be out a week and they had no options for me. It has been so hard to get appointments in if you don't pre schedule out and even then, preschesuling is still almost two months out in my experience. I'm considering canceling my membership as I have had to book with therapists else where now frequently.

Our staff is always able to find more capacity than the system because they can intelligently move around breaks and create space. We are quite busy lately as folks are more comfortable after vaccinations and are working hard on creating more availability! Thanks for your patience!
