If I send certified mail will this speed up the process?

I sent a return self-addressed stamped envelope to them with my request and I've been there at the office, and I've called them on the phone and I live in Indiana. The people there are extremely nice and efficient.

That could be answered by calling the office directly. But also check the government site. Go through ks.gov
