I have called to ask for help repeatedly. Over and over again I have been met with a kind voice, thorough review of my application, and prompt e-mails. Despite COVID and despite difficulties in everyday tasks this team has been patient with me and my questions. I am so grateful for all you and your team do. I do not envy your position but thank you. I would love to call out whom ever I spoke with today but I am so sorry I did not catch her name. Otherwise Kathy has been amazing as well. Thank you for helping us help others. Go team KS.

If, when you say "2 months ago I called," you mean you called the Board, call the above number and make sure they have your contact info so they can keep you updated on the complaint.
Pain clinic do not want you to see other doctors as they are not aware of your treatment of specialized pain management. They will consult with your doctor, but this is a common practice in today world!
