It's free last time I was there, if you are just , you can stop, hike and look at numerous trees, nature etc. passing through. I f your camping overnight etc. Then there are fees. etc. Hope this helps. Check out the website

It's free but plan on stopping by the Eastern Sierra Ranger station in Lone Pine prior to going up the mountain. They have a lot of useful information.

Yes free and there's a building that has pamphlets to trails to see and Ranger that's full of info ! If your into 4 wheeling there is Great back roads there too! Near trail head! Have Fun !

Visitor center website says $3.00 per person with a maximum of $6.00 per car. Children under 18 are free. Interagency Passes are accepted.
