Been a customer for over 10 yrs with our rental and vacation homes. The billing and customer service is a nightmare to deal with. They can never give an explanation as to why bill amount goes up and as far as the wifi is concerned dont even get me started. no other company available that we can use so suddenlink is what we are stuck with.

If I could give them negative stars, I would. They are the worst company I have ever had to deal with. AVOID COMPLETELY. Their customer service is trash. Their service is trash and their billing department is a nightmare to deal with.

The primary trunk cable that supplies the entire neighborhood is off the utility poles and ON THE GROUND - on national forest land. Been like that for 2 years. Suddenlink refuses to repair it. My mother in law has sold her home in Bishop CA and cancelled her suddenlink service. I need to know how to return the equipment so she is not billed for it. The office is closed in Bishop and I can not reach anyone by phone. Can I mail the items?
