Good service, food meets brand standard but the store (and tables) were dirty. The drink bar was dirty with the tea being empty.

Super fast, good food, and this location was kept so clean and bright. Biggest applause to Claudia - she was so friendly to everyone, and you could tell she knew the regulars. Definitely a new favorite spot.

Food was good, but the cashier yesterday was rude and unknowlegeable. I was trying to order a burittos only and she keep telling me that burritos comes with meals only so I have to pointed out to her the burrito only options. Also I literally ask for an "extra fork for my salad" and she gave me a spoon. Bathroom is gender neutral.

5 🌟's for excellent service! 5 🌟's for cleanliness. 5 🌟 s for efficiency. Bishop location maintains the high standards and quality of food that is part of the franchise. I visited on November 7th around 1:30ish. Every employee showed a vibrant personality, took special time to understand the order and engaged professionally. I ordered the pollo chicken bowl with chickless meat, kids drumstick, pollo bowl no chicken and sub 🥑 and sub pinto beans for black beans. Presentation is good, food is meh.
