The most wonderful experience awaits you up here. The beautiful drive and the ancient bristlecone pines are breathtaking. For all ages, spend the entire day exploring. From the Patriot Grove you can see Utah!

Options between the short (1.5 mile) Discovery hike or the 4.5 miles hike to the grove. Both are worth it. The Methusalem tree itself we could not find along either hike, but many similar ancient trees.

Ancient Warriors nestled in a charming Grove of ravaging beauty! The Ancient's have become a favorite place to visit, hike, and take in the magical wonders of the Bristlecone Pines.

This hiking and visitor center is about an hour off of 395 but well worth the drive. What a beautiful place to relax, eat something and take one of the many hiking trails.

I was in the area didn't see anyone flying a drone there specifically but did see other folks flying a drone farther down and at white mountain. My guess is as long as nothing gets damaged or told otherwise.

Do bristlecone treecos affected by the natural disasters like tsunami ,earthquake ,volcane etc

Given they grow above 10,000 feet in the southern Sierras, they are more susceptible to climate change, rainfall, and fire. There is at least 1 tree that is 5000 years old. Try doing an internet search about them. Should be plenty of information.
