To pick up someone else’s will call tickets, they will need to send you a copy of their photo ID (a picture on a phone is fine). Have them cover up sensitive data such as their address in the picture, as long as the rest of the ID (including your name and a photo) are visible. We can accept this as authorization for you to pick up tickets under their name. Thanks for supporting live music, and we hope to see you at a future show!
I prefer digital tickets just for this reason.
From my experience, you just need an ID. And be sure that you are listed as an authorized person for pick-up.
