What time is check in and check out? Is a late, late check in a problem?

Late check in was not a problem (I checked in around 5:00 PM). Check out is 11:00

Most of hotels set their check in at 4pm. No problem with late check in . However, if you have a reservation, it is better to inform the hotel saff.
