The Main has all the makings of a top tier hotel but without the follow through. Housekeeping and the rooms were great. Excellent view. Parking was easy enough. However trying to order room service is non-existent. They never pick up the phone no matter the time. Coffee bar is set up late, making it difficult when needing to get out the door on time. Getting seated was very slow almost an unnecessarily long process when no one else is even in the restaurant. This is the second year in a row we’ve stayed here due to a work trip and this trip cements that the issues aren’t just flukes. We really want to like The Main but we’ve had a much more diamond experience at almost every other regular Hilton.

exquisite hotel with beautiful rooms, spacious public areas and many contemporary wall and floor decorations! 4 different restaurants inside and escalator! we stayed on the 21st floor and the view was amazing!! excellent customer service as well!! our 3 night stay will be memorable for sure!

The place is modern and looks pretty but lacks in selling an experience. First thought I would treat myself and use the valet service but was told the service was not for guests staying at the hotel only for dine-in guests. The receptionists were quite pleasant and easy to work with. The room was modern but lacked in being clean. There was quite a bit of dust buildup on the bathroom shelves, desk, and the tabletop still had crumbs and coffee stains on it. The room itself was not very soundproof as I could hear the local bars all night. The bathroom could have used some work as the shower curtain was quite visibly ripped and had spots of mold on the corners. On the last morning of my one night stay, they ran out of hot water and I had to take a cold shower... not exactly the way I wanted to start my morning. Overall, not an entirely bad hotel, but for the name, hype, and price I would expect a lot better experience than this. The Courtyard down the street is just as nice, friendlier staff, easier to navigate, and has cleaner rooms (with hot water).

I love it. They have curated some great art! The rooms are nice. I've stayed there three times. I'm with flight crew, and each time my room has had a very nice view of the area. Very friendly and professional staff. This hotel is in a very good location. So much to see and do within walking distance.

There is a parking garage at the hotel where the garage elevator connects to the hotel reception/concierge. There is also valet parking and several other parking garages in the area, like Waterside. If you use the Hilton garage make sure you get your parking ticket stamped for 2 hours worth of free parking.
Not that I am aware of but there are shops within walking distance
Yes, there are hair dryers in a drawer or closet, depending on the room's layout
