LAX - Tom Bradley terminal. Lounge is right after TSA check before the bridge. Elevator to the lounge is on your left. Entrance to lounge is opposite elevator door that you entered into. You can only go in 3 hours before your flight. I went in 20 minutes earlier and was turned away. The staff was very nice about it but I could not go in so wandered around the airport for 1/2 hr. Lounge is very cramp. Maybe I’m spoiled but lounges in Asia is much nicer. Food was ok. Full bar which is a plus. Only open from 6 am to 4 pm as of Aug 2022.

As Platinum Members, it was such a relief to fall into the Centurion Lounge and relax between our flights. We were greeted like royalty and then directed where to go. Firstly, we oriented ourselves to the lounge. Bathrooms, bar, dining area, quiet spaces, booths for work, massage room and more. We set up in the dining area and helped ourselves to a light meal. Was disappointed with the food on offer. Overcooked broccolini, nicely cooked carrot and average chicken. Wasn't quite what I was expecting. On the other side of the buffet were cheeses, some fruit. At the end of the buffet were breads and cookies. There was also some soup, but I didn't discover this until after I'd eaten. Ho hum really. We sat with our meal and then went to the bar for a drink. I ordered a sangria which was tasty but watered down. Couldn't virtually taste any oompf that comes with a sangria. I switched to a red wine and it was excellent. I was also offered a 15 minute massage which is just what a weary traveller needs. The masseur found all the hot spots and worked them through in 15 minutes. Sigh of relief. I didn't use the lounge beds but I took a photo. I've used these before in other lounges. These were set at just the right angle with a dark roof and virtually no noise. Perfect for when you need to catch up on a few hours of sleep after hauling yourself from one side of the country to the other. On this trip, we found that the benefits of Amex didn't always pay off in many airport lounges. Unless you are flying business class and above, there are now reciprocal relationships with other airlines. And the Priority Pass just feels like it’s no longer acceptable, which is disappointing. With travel only just opening up after Covid, that was always going to be a challenge. The biggest disappointment was that the lounge closed at 4.30pm!!! So many other lounges were open much later, which meant we had to leave and find another lounge to stay in. We chose American Airlines which yes, we had to pay for but was well worth it on a few levels. I'll leave that review for another time.

Hard as heck to find, but it's there. I can't even explain how I got there. Once there, though...it's legit. Excellent food. Two bars. Areas to relax, watch TV/news, sleep area, etc. I'm in a quiet cushioned cubby now with my own electrical outlet. There's a masseuse in here available to give massages. I could get used to this.

Absolutely terrible! I don’t pay my annual fee for anything else. This is just getting to be ridiculous. I would like to enjoy some good relaxing chairs away from all the pheasants 😒 Oh well. Guess I will have to find somewhere else to get drunk.
