Brian, the front end manager, was fantastic! Prompt, courteous and friendly. The gentleman at the valet was also very helpful. They’ve definitely hired great people here and that makes all of the difference in a hotel. The Bistro bar was also amazing and so nice. These are the kind of people I want working for me! Thank you.

This hotel has the best staff ever!!! Our stay was amazing because the staff and service was top notch. From the parking attendants to the housekeeping staff to the lady who checked me in, Jenice (sorry if I misspelled her name). The management team is doing a great job with the staff. The light skin lady (the valet supervisor) was the first person we came in contact with and she was on point! The rooms and hallways were clean. Nowadays I’ve seen the lobbies and room decent and no upkeep in the hallways. The furniture was outdated but that’s no fault of the management team. Marriott needs to invest in this property because they deserve it! Keep it up!

This hotel is clean, close to the best attractions downtown, and has the friendliest and most accommodating staff. Loni at the front desk made sure our stay was beyond our expectations and our family had everything we needed. She was fabulous! If you are planning a fun filled family get away, I highly recommend the Courtyard by Marriott and it’s staff.

These folks get it! The "it" is hospitality at it's finest. My trip started with (Shana or Shawna) I saw her name tag but forgot the spelling. She was excellent! Viola in the breakfast bar was the most sincere person I'd ever met. My room was very clean (I travel a lot) The hotel looks like its past due on a MUCH needed update but hats off to the manager Chris, who took the time to meet with me about a concern I had. There were a few other people I ran into that were good but I can't remember their names. Asia in the car pick up was fantastic! Great stay. Update your hotel but other than that I can't wait to come back!
