This was my third week long stay at this hotel. New room furniture is a plus. The front desk staff is great and special shout out to Sandra of the housekeeping staff. Quiet too.....

Hotel is dirty, staff are lazy, there's no water in the market you can buy nor in lobby, nor in rooms. TAP water only. Staff is laxadazical from front desk to maintenance. Seems to be a trickle down, let's everyone do as little as possible. Lobby is always dirty, front desk always in back talking. NO AC IN HALLWAYS OR ELEVATOR. Hotel has not been well maintained at all. Could not wait to get out of there fast enough but had to suffer 6 days!!!! Never going back

Thought this would be a good choice for a little family getaway, we were wrong! The look of the lobby was promising however the room was not. Breakfast was subpar and servers weren’t very friendly so we decided to cut our trip short. Upon leaving the hotel we were greeted by some housekeeping employees that asked us to stay just one more hour so they don’t have to clean our room and it didn’t matter if we left early we would still be charged for the next night! Incredibly unprofessional and rude, will never stay here again.

Now how do I rate this place? 😳 I locked 🔒 my door behind me each time I was in the room. I was visited by some not so tiny roaches a few times during my stay. Oh watch out for the ones that crawls up the walls. On another note, give praise where praise is due. The breakfast bar workers are friendly and you get a variety of breakfast choices. Though I will not stay there in the future, they do have full in room kitchen.
