Great place to stay, staff is very friendly and willing to help in any way. Accommodate all my needs. Breakfast was amazing. The internet worked well. I have found my home away from home. I recommend Sleep Inn Lake Wright to everyone. Thanks for making my stay a GREAT ONE!!!!

Booked our room 2 months in advance, even called the day of to confirm registration, but upon arrival was told there were no rooms. The front desk clerk saw our reservation and admitted this is a very common issue. I asked for the manager on duty and was informed that she was not there. Priceline tried calling to get us a refund, but phones were not working. While working through this debacle at nearly midnight, another lady presented with a reservation whose room was also no longer available. Then, three young ladies stopped by to request towels for their room and the front desk clerk said she didn’t have any. She said she hated her job. Being that it was Memorial Day Weekend, all rooms in the area were booked. We had to drive around unfamiliar territory for quite a while, after midnight, before finally securing a room at twice the price of our originally reserved room here. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!

The ONLY reason I give one star is because the catering staff and experience was amazing. As for the hotel and staff...I hosted a large event there in 2019 and it was a very good experience, but this time it was horrible. We had to change rooms twice. Several others in my group had to change rooms also for various reasons, mainly the substandard conditions. The first room had a wet floor between the bathroom and the fridge, the second room, at 430am, started pouring water from the bathroom light fixture, the fire sprinkler heads, and running down the walls, and there was a half inch of water on the entire floor. It turns out that someone had broken the water feed to the toilet 2 floors directly above us, and had flooded several rooms. The night clerk did her level best to get guests relocated, but when she called for help, the manager said she'd be in at 10am...and never came to help this poor girl. There are signs that say 'proper attire required' throughout the hotel, but NEVER ENFORCED. The clothing wasn't something you'd want to see, especially your wife or children to see. Absolutely NOTHING was said or done by the manager or staff to address this! The rooms were filled with parties, noise blaring all hours. At 319am, I tried to call the front desk, but the phone in my room didn't work, so I tried calling the main number on my cell, only to have a recording say it was out of order. So I had to get up, get dressed, and go down. When entering the elevator, I discovered someone had urinated in the elevator. The same, and ONLY helpful night clerk came and took care of the people next to us, who had been playing loud music and talking at the top of their lungs most of the night. There were very large trash bags in the hallways on ALL floors. The smell of smoke and pot was always in the air on ALL floors, and the 'guests' were loud and obnoxious with nothing being said by anyone, especially the manager. The catering staff and their functions were as I remembered...VERY GOOD NEVER ......EVER...STAY AT THIS THIRD WORLD ENVIRONMENT!!!

It was the worst experience of my life!!! My fiance and I went there for a get away weekend and it was a complete hot mess. The first night we saw a couple of roaches. Next there was a party a couple of doors down but they weren't too bad at first. Third? There was a couple fighting in the room in front of ours nearly half of the night. We tried to get another room but they refused to give us one because they claimed they were "Booked". Okay so we went to the 7-Eleven to get some alcohol and spray the room, maintenance came later to apparently "spray room". The second night, was it for us. We came back to our room and the ceiling over our bed was dripping water and our bed was completely wet. I made a complaint about it and they finally move us to a different room. This room was just as horrible as the first room. We saw again two roaches and the room next to ours had people partying half of the night. It was just a hot mess, I do not recommend this hotel to no one
