The Gym A/C unit has busted twice this month and there has been no water in either bathroom for a month now. I have tried calling the front office and emailing several times during business hours and get no replies. Why is this acceptable?

That is business as usual for that place. I moved out in 2015. Not surprised to hear your story . Sorry you live there. It is by far the worst place I have ever lived.

Welcome to the luxury chase arbor apartments 😏, I have so many issues since I move in february, I have to contact the coorporation because when I call or go to the office they don't do nothing,, I do understand your feeling, I am overpaying for an old apartment and we are completly mad. sewer overcharge all the time...paying $250 for 3 people montly and then I talk to the corporation manager and finally got $200 back because I have been paying that for 4 months and now I am still paying almost $200 and I was without water in the kitchen for a month....I should see the reviews abputs this apartment before I moved😡
