I have been living here since November of 2021. When I moved in I was told that the apartment would be updated. The apartment wasn’t updated until 2 months after my move in. When I moved in all my door knobs were broken and when I notified them about them in November they came in February to fix them. My hot water heater has not worked since I moved in. When I moved in I only received hot water. After threatening the courts, they came to replace it but ironically enough I have no cold water and my water temperature comes out at a whopping 210 degrees from FAUCET. Cold water doesn’t work. Dryer and washer doesn’t work. Showers don’t work. When they did the “renovations” they put 2 holes in my wall saying they’ll fix it after holidays have not. I’m writing this as a warning as I will be seeking action via a lawyer and court because the living conditions at this price are awful. Maintenance will never come to fix your issues due to them have 3 workers on all their sites. Water will not work even after 6 months of you requesting them to fix it. Neighbors are loud and argue until 4 in the morning. Constant traffic noise. I have been going to planet fitness to shower since December. Horrible living conditions. Don’t rent unless you’re ready to go to court! I cannot wait to terminate this lease early due to lack of upholding their end of our leasing agreement.

I am a current resident of Ashbrook Apartments and I know I am right at home. I've been here two years. It is a quiet area and close with walking distance to Town Center and the mall. 264 is around the corner with a straight to the ocean. If you have teenagers, Princess Anne HS is across the street. The rate is phenomenal given the location. The area and landscape is well maintained. It's a little gem off of VB Blvd is a busy area. The best part is the staff and maintenance. When I place a maintenance call, someone is there to help within the hour and the issue is fixed. You won't wait for days like some places. Both Ricky and Taliyah made my renewal an easy process and were even able to deduct $50 from my rent! Rent prices are going up dramatically in the area - it's minimal here and I saved money. How can you beat that? The staff truly cares about helping you. Also, they just remodeled the kitchen (new appliances, sink, tabletop etc)...whole nine yards and the bathrooms too. It's spacious enough for me and I live in a 2 bedroom. I am happy to call this place home and you should too.

Well... I am severely disappointed. We arrived yesterday for a tour of the Ashbrook complex. I must say that the apartment was very beautiful... a little small for my liking, but beautiful... But that is not what this review is about. Taliyah was our guide, and from the reviews that I am reading, she seems to be a very wonderful person... however, yesterday, she took unprofessionalism to a new level. First off, she kept us waiting and she also had an attitude throughout our tour, which lasted about about 15 minutes. She just stood in the living area and just started blurting out facts about the apartments. She also did not listen at all, because should she had listened, she would have heard us said that we were only looking, just beginning our shopping... She kept reinforcing that she did not have any apartments, which we are not deaf, but also kept pushing about getting on the waiting list, very pushy. In addition, my mom, who is up in age and partially disabled, asked to sitdown for a few seconds, Taliyah tried to discourage her sitting down. She was rude, discourteous, and unkind... If she is the representation of Ashbrook, then yesterday was not her best day. For this reason, Ashbrook will not be in my consideration. Hopefully she has a better day.

What is the average cost for utilities for 2 bedroom?

Depends on how conservative you are, it's not included. The average would about $100-$120 a month I would say

How much is the rent

I wanna say about $850-$1000 for a 1 bedroom depending. I was paying $1082 for a 2 bedroom but that was at the Bonney Trace property and it definitely wasn't worth it. Better off living in the Ashbrook property itself.
