Been here over 2 years and have no complaints except for noisy neighbors above us. Maintenance crew are very friendly and always available to help with whatever you need. We love it here.

I'm typically never one to leave reviews, but the staff here at The Choices definitely deserve recognition. I am relocating to Virginia from out of state this summer and was desperately in search of a place. I put in requests for information and attempted to call many apartments I was interested in all around Virginia, but of course no response. I came across The Choices by what I believe was luck, and to my surprise I was contacted IMMEDIATELY by Celeste. Celeste had informed me they had no availability at the time of the call, yet she still went out of her way to inform me all about the community and said she'd keep me in mind should anything come available. If I'm being honest, I did not expect to hear from her ever again the same way I never heard from any other communities I inquired about. To my surprise a few weeks later I received a call from Celeste informing me that an apartment had come available for the time frame I was looking to move. She also remembered everything that I was looking for in my new home from the first time we had spoke, which made me feel heard and important. I am just a few days away from my move in, and let me say that the entire leasing process has been so easy and enjoyable, AND THATS THAT I'VE DONE EVERYTHING FROM OUT OF STATE! I have spoken a few times with Susan the property manager, and Sean (apologies if this is spelled wrong) and they are just as kind, and helpful. I'm excited to become a resident and look forward to living at The Choices. Thank you guys, I know it's not always an easy job but you all are doing amazing!

Just toured recently at the complex, i am military and needed a place pretty quick. The apartments were fantastic and even though they did not have any avaialbility susan and the office staff helped me out and find a home. Most places i went Just did not seem like they wanted to help. Reccomend this place to everyone!!
