We’ve been living here few years now and honestly it has gotten really rundown , maintenance takes no pride in what the grounds look like the patio area looks like , the light posts around the patio and sidewalks are out not replaced with new lighting. The outdoor fire place is broken for sometime now, the clubhouse gym leaves a lot to be desired with extremely old equipment, Staff is very friendly but with the amount you pay to live here doesn’t match the amenities it offers or up keep. What keeps me here is the location is great.
