Can’t recommend this apartment complex enough. My wife and I lived here for a little over a year and the only reason we left was because we relocated for our jobs. We were devastated to leave. Office staff was friendly, maintenance staff was friendly and extremely professional. Didn’t have one issue in over a year. Amenities were great as well.

Mystique Castle

Myself, my kids, and my husband loved the place. It’s quality inside and out. I loved the apartments details like the usb outlet at the bar. My kids loved the playground. Everyone was polite. I had issues with the people below us. We got several noise complaints which resulted in us seeing the police more than we would like. They had their own issues which isn’t the fault of the apartment. However, the insulation in the building is not great. We could hear the people upstairs as well. That didn’t bother us too much but it’s something to note. My kids loved the playground. We enjoyed time at the pool. We didn’t get to go to the gym much. They chalked it up to covid but the hours (business hours/no weekends) were unreasonable for working people. The workers were all very nice and so was the free coffee! (Hot chocolate for the kids.) The halls smelled pleasant in the morning due to one of the workers spraying every morning to kickstart the day. One issue we ran into was our deposit. We were told they didn’t actually want to take it. If we cleaned they would help us get it back. We could also pay someone to clean the carpet. We never had the time to pay someone clean the carpet so we let them do that. We did clean everything else to the best of our ability. There was even something weird stuck to the tub when we moved in that I managed to scrub and scrape off. I already kept the place clean, detailing the floors and dusting the vents and things regularly. (At least once a week.) I didn’t want us to get sick. Before we left I made an even greater effort. Granted the stove burner bowls needed to be replaced and I didn’t do it but that’s inexpensive. Somehow we ended up owing $15 after they took our entire deposit. We weren’t there to witness the inspection because of a family emergency so I don’t understand what the charges were for. I would recommend attending that inspection unless you want to sacrifice your deposit. I also recommend taking pictures of everything (EVERYTHING) before you move in. You want proof.

My husband and I lived here for about a year and a half and we loved it! The apartments were really nice and modern and the amenities are a huge plus. We lived on the fifth floor, but there are multiple elevators on each side of the building which made it a lot easier for groceries. The staff was always really helpful and professional and very welcoming, and they definitely worked with us when we had to extend our stay due to my husband’s orders constantly changing. The whole building is indoors so it’s comfortable walking around at any time of the year. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone!

Phenomenal place to live! I live at Solace for a year and 1/2 and it was well worth it. The customer service there was top notch; forever welcoming. You're always updated on any changes. They even hosted FREE community events. I love FREE food and entertainment so I would make the events if I could! The up keeping of the building and ground areas were always clean! Whenever I had a maintenance inquiry the maintenance team was always there in adequate timing. Parking was always great! I loved the gym there! The pool area is really elegant and soothing for late night relaxation. I didn't have to deal with much noise from neighbors either. All neighbors are very generous. Also, the location was great because it was a center point for me. I'm military so it was far from any base I needed to get to. THANK YOU SOLACE !!
