they have false advertisement,, they have bugs in the breezeway .. the park is wack & the only thing reasonable & useful are the picnic tables 🤦🏽🤦🏽.. and they have lazy workers who get paid for smoking it’s terrible overall don’t live here go to runaway bay😏💕.. they have a nice lake , dog park & very nice spacing 🙂❤️

Super complicated to even put in an application. It would be nice if they added an online option for paying the application and holding fee. I had to take time off of work in order to rush there to reserve and apartment, but it was given away by the time I got there. They have no problem finding tenants here due to the income restriction, and it was very clearly that I wasn't a priority in the slightest.
