I went in to fill a prescription and was told they needed to contact my insurance and I would receive a call to pick up my nebulizer the next day. After no call, I called them two days in a row but nobody answered. I left a voicemail yesterday and nobody called back. My trouble breathing with my asthma isn’t something I take lightly after being told I need a nebulizer. If you haven’t spoken with my insurance company by now, forget it, I do not wish to do business with a company that makes empty promises. If you have and have not contacted me, don’t bother, I will get a nebulizer elsewhere, after having waited three days with trouble sleeping due to issues breathing at night.

Today Ms. Akers brought me my replacement machine, and the new machine is exactly like I'd hoped it would be. It was a quick and painless process. Thank you for understanding how important it is for a patient to be comfortable with the equipment they need.

My husband’s referral was back in March and he still has not received his cpap machine. Now they are saying he needs another insurance in addition to Tricare. Only use this company if you never want to receive any of your equipment and you want to be given the runaround for several months. Pick somewhere else and save your sanity.

Have been using them for years. Was getting resupplies of my CPAP equipment quarterly until recently. I'm currently out of supplies due to not receiving my usual quarterly shipment in June. I've called numerous times and left messages, but no one ever answers nor returns my calls.
